Conrad Nelson – Resident Director and Composer.Conrad NelsonConrad’s acting career spans over twenty years and boasts a vast body of work in repertory and touring theatre, and in radio, television and film. He has also built a reputation as a dramatic composer and has written music for theatre, television and radio. His longest
association by far has been with Northern Broadsides as actor, director and composer.

Sue Andrews – Executive Director.
Sue is responsible for all tour programming, finance and day to day running of the company.

Kay Burnett – Production Manager.
Kay started as re-lighter and went on to design lights for various productions until becoming Company Stage Manager and is now office based as the Production Manager.

Katie English – Financial & Administration Assistant (part time) and Friends coordinator. 

Lisa Baxter – Marketing Manager. (Freelance)
Lisa organises all the marketing for our productions. She also works on our audience development initiatives and works closely with theatres and local communities.

Duncan Clarke – Press & PR.(freelance)
With over 10 years of Arts and Leisure experience Duncan looks after all our press and public relations.
